Les id\u00e9es me viennent \u00e0 n&rsquo;importe quel moment. C&rsquo;est pourquoi je les note constamment. Le d\u00e9fi est de les traduire en forme.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\r\n<p>L&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimentation est la cl\u00e9 du processus de Waldman, et elle travaille souvent simultan\u00e9ment sur plusieurs projets, les laissant \u00e9voluer \u00e0 leur propre rythme.<\/p>\r\n<p>Que ce soit la photographie, la peinture, le dessin, les sculptures en verre et en c\u00e9ramique ou l&rsquo;installation, Waldman ne laisse aucune pierre non retourn\u00e9e et repousse les limites de chaque m\u00e9dium.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Tout ce que je fais est inspir\u00e9 par la nature\u00a0\u00bb, dit-elle. \u00ab\u00a0Que ce soit esquisser des arbres ou de la vie organique. Elle est consciente du processus et des d\u00e9tails, qui sont tout aussi importants, voire plus, que le r\u00e9sultat final.<\/p>\r\n<p>Il est important de rester ouvert au changement, surtout lorsque certaines parties d&rsquo;un projet se transforment en de nouvelles id\u00e9es. Cela peut \u00e9galement s&rsquo;appliquer \u00e0 son parcours professionnel, riche et vari\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n<p>Apr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes de design et d&rsquo;architecture en Allemagne et en France, Waldman a travaill\u00e9 pour des agences prestigieuses telles que celles de Jean Nouvel et Christian de Portzamparc. En 2006, elle a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de se consacrer enti\u00e8rement \u00e0 son art.<\/p>\r\n<p>Waldman s&rsquo;amuse souvent \u00e0 exposer les objets qui \u00ab\u00a0n&rsquo;ont pas fonctionn\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Lorsque j&rsquo;utilise le recyclage, c&rsquo;est un choix. C&rsquo;est un mat\u00e9riau charg\u00e9 de souvenirs de quelqu&rsquo;un d&rsquo;autre et de l&rsquo;histoire &#8211; j&rsquo;aime l&rsquo;utiliser. Du tissu au bois en passant par la c\u00e9ramique, chaque objet raconte une histoire li\u00e9e \u00e0 la culture, \u00e0 la migration, \u00e0 la f\u00e9minit\u00e9 ou \u00e0 la maternit\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n<p>Parfois, c&rsquo;est un m\u00e9lange de toutes ces choses, comme la s\u00e9rie \u00ab\u00a0Souvenirs Brod\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb qui r\u00e9unit 10 artisans parisiens pour exprimer l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience de vies d&rsquo;immigrants.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0J&rsquo;aime me sentir libre de passer d&rsquo;un m\u00e9dium \u00e0 un autre parce qu&rsquo;ils repr\u00e9sentent des sentiments diff\u00e9rents. Et je peux sentir que je suis illimit\u00e9e, m\u00eame si ce n&rsquo;est que pour une seconde\u00a0\u00bb, dit Waldman.<\/p>\r\n<p>C&rsquo;est peut-\u00eatre le titre de l&rsquo;un de ses livres qui r\u00e9sume le mieux l&rsquo;approche de Waldman envers la cr\u00e9ation.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Visualiser l&rsquo;Invisible, un Voyage dans le Silence\u00a0\u00bb.
